DRA Global Limited has announced the results of shareholder elections regarding its proposed acquisition by Apex Capital Partners Limited, to be conducted via a scheme of arrangement. A total of 7,371,434 DRA Shares elected for cash consideration, while 37,510,933 DRA Shares opted for scrip consideration in the form of ACP shares. The transfer of all DRA shares to ACP and distribution of the respective cash or scrip consideration will take place on Monday, 20 October 2025.
