James Smith has over twenty years’ experience in the mining, industrial and financial sectors where he has held various consulting, investment advisory and operational leadership positions. James holds a B.Sc. Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from the University of Witwatersrand.
Alistair has been involved in large scale mining and minerals processing projects across EMEA, implementing various greenfields and brownfields resources projects for more than two decades. Alistair holds a Bachelor of Science (Eng) (Mechanical) from the University of the Witwatersrand, an MBA from the University of Cape Town and is a registered professional engineer.
John is an engineer by background with additional capabilities in law, strategy, design and leadership. He has wide ranging experience covering project design and delivery, regional and corporate leadership, working in the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia and the Middle East. He will particularly focus in working with our teams to solve the most challenging and wicked problems our clients face and use innovation and design thinking to find breakthroughs and new solutions. He is passionately committed in creating value for our clients and our people.
Bronwyn leads the People and Culture function for DRA and has a passion for bringing a science-based approach to creating a work environment where employees and teams can grow and thrive. Bronwyn is a future-focused executive with more than 20 years of experience in executive roles and has deep expertise in human resources, organisation development, business strategy, and culture transformation. Bronwyn has a Bachelor of Economics, Master of Industrial Relations, and an MBA. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of Leadership WA.
Darren Naylor has over 20 years’ experience across varying industrial sectors, more than 10 of which specialised in the engineering, mining and metals industry within Africa. Darren holds a B-Tech Marketing Degree from the University of Johannesburg as well as an MBA from Henley Business School.
Pierre Julien has over three decades of global mining industry experience where he has held a number of technical and executive roles. Pierre is a graduate of Haileybury School of Mines and holds an MBA from Queen’s University. Pierre also represents DRA Global, and the industry, at executive and board level within the Canadian Mineral Processors Society and the Canadian Institute of Mines, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM).
