The Minopex team operating the South African Ore Beneficiation (SAOB) plant in Phalaborwa celebrated a remarkable achievement this month by surpassing 1,825 days without any lost time injury (LTI).

Minopex Executive Vice President Rashid Kader said the team’s ongoing efforts and diligence to our commitment and actively living the value of safety enable them to reach this outcome.

“This milestone is one that very few operations in the world have achieved. I’m so proud of the team and their proactive approach to safety,” he said.
