DRA are contracted for the N10 Substation Expansion Project and will deliver engineering, procurement assistance and on-site engineering assistance of the new 20MVA, 132/33kV transformer bay.  This is in addition to any relevant substation expansion works required.

The award follows DRA’s successful project delivery for Zimplats including designing the overall substation layout in Phase 1, and allowing for anticipated expansions in future phases. 

DRA has a proven track-record of over 30 years for delivering projects of this nature.

Project work at Ngezi mine commenced in May 2021.
