COVID-19

DRA acknowledges the pandemic

With the continued spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to advise you on DRA Global’s response to the pandemic and offer any possible assistance to you and your team. We have built strong and meaningful relationships with our clients over the years. During this time of global uncertainty, we’re just as much your partner now as before and we will do our best to navigate the risks that COVID-19 poses to you, your people and your organisation.

Health & Safety is paramount, and DRA has measures in place

People are at the heart of our industry and the health and safety of our employees and those of our clients has always been a key concern. We are monitoring the situation daily to share insights with our employees and clients across the globe.  DRA has established a COVID-19 taskforce that is meeting regularly to review the latest data and act accordingly to ensure that we follow international best practices in response of this pandemic.

We have procedures in place to move quickly to isolate anyone who may require medical treatment or testing. We are also working hard to implement plans and procedures that keep our entire workforce operating safely through this uncertain period.

Resilience of the business to support our clients

DRA Global has prescribed the use of technologies to manage international meetings across our offices as well as with our clients.  We are committed to a flexible work environment and we have the technology, infrastructure and systems to support continuity of service to you.

Our teams are continuing to work diligently on projects and studies with the goal of meeting current deadlines and schedules. Please be assured that supporting your business is our priority.  Where there is risk of disruption DRA will identify those and work collaboratively to achieve the best outcome.

REMOTE WORKING POLICY

In accordance with certain government requirements and to protect the safety of its staff, DRA Global has implemented a remote working policy in its offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Montreal, Toronto and Lima and applicable further to subsidiaries, SENET and Minopex. In these locations, DRA Global has implemented a full work-from-home strategy to help ‘flatten the curve’.

Although some offices may be closed, DRA Global remains available to assist clients; employees have been equipped with the latest technology to manage any new enquiries and to continue to deliver value to its clients. Safety remains a core focus for the Group as does excellence in client service.
